This timeless piece was inspired by a conversation about a potential collaboration re-using oak flooring offcuts with Tom Anderson, previously South Australian State Manager of Tongue and Groove (oak flooring company) Australia. Unfortunately the project didn’t come to fruition however, after finding a piece of solid oak flooring at a second hand material shop in Berlin I decided to make use of it. This sturdy and multi-functional furniture piece can be used as a stool, side table or mini bookshelf.
