Re:form Bedside Cabinet
Re:form Bedside Cabinet
This bedside table is a meeting of rescued materials and thoughtful design. The structure combines solid oak and mahogany, carefully recovered from discarded furniture and architectural offcuts. Every joint and surface was shaped by hand to celebrate the material’s history — the quiet marks of its previous life remain visible, forming part of the story.
The cabinet’s distinctive front, created in collaboration with Silke Grimmelmann, is made from recycled plastic, reimagined as a vibrant, textural surface. This piece is also able to be exchanged - so when your taste or interior changes, so can your furniture - without the need for a completely new piece.
Together, these elements express a belief in circular design: valuing what already exists, and transforming it into something new, personal, and enduring.
Rescued oak and mahogany, recycled plastic, plywood with oak veneer.
